Refund policy

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Please thoroughly check that you are purchasing the correct item sizes, styles, and have inputted the correct shipping address before you make a purchase. Once your order has been placed into production we are unable to adjust the order. 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at  Tiffanytuberose@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
